"- Admin guy who should be smart enough to deal with the agencies like MIDC, GST, PCB etc.
. Handling all general and important work related to the office administration
- Ensuring smooth functioning of allied teams like Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Vendor
Dealing, and taking necessary approvals as per requirement.
- Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies and maintaining track
of the same.
- Should have exposure in vendor development and vendor management and able to coordinate for
travel, hotels and bookings if required.
- Maintaining cost MIS and implementing cost reductions methods for the department.
- Procurement and Inventory management as per office requirement and looking after AMC of the Office
Equipment’s.
- Understanding the man-power requirements for housekeeping, drivers & procure timely.
Other admin related responsibilities required for day-to-day office & Site operations
Performance Evaluations - Can handle all day-to-day HR-related activities."

Experience 2 - 3 Years
Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
