1. Convening and conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings including preparation of notice, agenda, minutes and resolutions with respect to the said Meetings;

2. Preparing the Annual Report, Director's Report and such other reports;

3. Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual compliances and event based compliances under SEBI Regulations and Companies Act, 2013;

4. Completing end to end Postal Ballot process for taking prior approval of shareholders for various matters;

5. Complying with all the rules and regulations applicable to the Company with respect to dividend declaration and transfer of dividend / shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF) and filing relevant e-forms thereof including filing of physical and electronic verification reports with the IEPF;

6. Preparing and reviewing various policies applicable to the Company under Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations;

7. Filing various returns with the Reserve Bank of India;

8. Authentication of the information filed by the Banks with National E-Governance Services Limited;

9. Liaising with various statutory authorities such as BSE / NSDL / CDSL / SEBI / Bank / Auditors;
